Licensed Aircraft Engineer – ATR 42/72 – 500 (Line Maintenance/Base Maintenance)
Position:
Reporting to Line Maintenance Manager / Base Maintenance Manager, the Licensed Aircraft Engineer will carry out maintenance and certification on company aircraft to ensure optimum serviceability and operational schedules are met.
The incumbent will liaise with MOC when certain maintenance tasks are required and minimize delays and will supervise Aircraft Technicians on all aspects of servicing, defect rectification and maintenance carried out on the aircraft.
He/ She will take all necessary measures to ensure safety of personnel working in the vicinity of the aircraft and preventing damage to the aircraft or its equipment as well as ensuring that Technicians adhere to the instructions laid down in the aircraft approved documents.

Candidates must have:
Served an apprenticeship with an airline/approved organisation or have received equivalent formal training.

Aircraft Technician – ATR 42/72 – 500 (Line Maintenance/Base Maintenance)
Position:
The Aircraft Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks on Deccan Cargo aircraft in accordance with laid down procedures and regulations. He/She will work as part of a team under the direction and guidance of the assigned Licensed Aircraft Engineer within the trade disciplines for which they have been trained.
We are currently seeking candidates suitable to work for Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Structures and NDT.

MOC Controller
Position:
The Maintenance Controller reports to MOC Manager. He/she will monitor the operation and direct actions to ensure the aircraft safety is maintained. Track and control aircraft defects and formulate plans to ensure timely rectification and lowest possible numbers of deferred defects are carried forward. Provide 24 hour technical assistance and direction to flight crew and Engineers system wide. Identify recurring defects and trends and construct rectification plans for rectification. Formulate and institute plans for service recovery to avoid technical delays. Represent Maintenance support interests with other departments and aircraft manufacturers.

Position:
The Technical Service Engineer reports to Manager - Technical services. We are currently looking for engineers in the following disciplines;

Provide technical support of activities prior to aircraft delivery.

Engineering Planning Engineers
Position:
The Engineering Planning Engineer reports to Manager - Planning
Specifically, the Planning Engineer will;
Preparation and revision of AMP for company operated aircraft
Forecast maintenance requirements.
Project Equipment, Tooling and Material requisition required for scheduled maintenance tasks to Logistics well in advance.
Prepare work package for all the routine and non-routine maintenance requirements.
Accounting, registration and tracking of work packages issued by Planning department.
Plan, schedule and co-ordinate with associated departments for all scheduled maintenance requirements on Deccan Cargo fleet with minimum down time for work compliance.
Control and adjust plans based on day-to-day status report from MOC on check work packages. Highlight any significant deviation from plan.
Manage the short-term maintenance plan and co-ordination with MOC.

Air port / Ramp Operations (Sr manager)

Position:
Reports to: AVP  (Air Operations).
Short service officers with relevant experience from the Indian Air force (logistics& administration branch / ATC & FC/Technical branch) or Indian Army/Indian Navy can also apply.
 
Job Purpose:
To plan, manage and control Ramp and  Cargo Operations facilities ensuring that focus is maintained on safety of employees, aircraft and delivering on-time departure of aircraft with optimal load capacities and the efficient movement of freight and flow of information. Managing multiple stations/Hubs with highest ops efficiency to meet timelines.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
1. Select, train, develop and motivate team of professionals and staff required for Ramp & Hub (sorting), and GSE operations in any of the airports in the country.

2. Maximizes load factors & achievement of service commitments by establishing clear direction/objectives for the Operations Management Team & by continuous review & reporting of actual performance to Head of Air Operations
3. Ensures that effective contingency plans are in place for all areas impacting package movement and flight operations.
4. Is responsible for the reliability of the Air-Line haul by ensuring Operations teams undertake the necessary pre and post flight activities and processes to the necessary level of detail and accuracy and they
4.1. Build the flight by ascertaining necessary information from multiple sources (systems, paperwork, vendors, other functional & operational depts. etc).
4.2. Co-ordinate relevant load sequencing activities by liaising with up-line & down line ramps, to determine the best utilization of aircraft & compliance with load plans. updates this within the relevant systems until the flight is effectively closed.
5. Keeps the Ops team updated on technical & operational changes and constraints that may impact actions and decisions by regularly reading relevant updates and by actively participating in AOC and such relevant meetings.
6. On time flight departure  according to parameters.
7. Inventory of GSE, ULDs , and MX of the same in AW condition.
8. Cargo and Ramp audits to comply with strict operational parameters.
9. Documentation of paperwork at station as per ramp operations manual.
10. Documentation of Paperwork as per laid down SOP.
11. Good liaison with local airline operators, GHAs, warehouse operators,airport operators and other agencies like DGCA, BCAS,AAI, Customs etc.
12. Knowledge of international Export , transit and import cargo

 At least 10 Years managerial experience out of which 5 yrs in Express Air Cargo Operations/Ramp operations/Airport operations with at least 3 years experience as Station / Airport / Ramp manager with a cargo airline. 
a) Experience of managing teams of warehouse ,Weight and balance / Load & trim, Ground Support staff.
b) Good working knowledge of all aspects of express Air cargo operations and airport coordination.

 Certified and current with all regulatory requirements for air cargo operations
