Ravi Acharya has had an illustrious career spanning two decades in various industry verticals such as hospitality, service, retail and logistics.

Mr. Acharya has spearheaded many major Human Resource interventions which have quickly propelled companies into the "preferred employer" category, especially in the logistics/freight forwarding community.

H L Rikhye Chief Executive Officer, Aviation
H L Rikhye comes with over three decades of aviation experience ranging from Flight Test Engineer to Chief Executive Officer in large national and international carriers such as SriLankan Airlines, Indian Airlines and Expo Air.

During his tenure with SriLankan Airlines, Mr. Rikhye played a critical role in centralizing all procurement and logistic functions and handling all aspects of aircraft induction projects & setting up major maintenance facilities for A320, A330 and A340 aircrafts.

Ajay Bhatkal Chief Information Officer
Ajay brings with him over 3 decades of rich experience in IT across industries such as Chemicals, FMCG, MNC, IT, Telecom, Airline, MRO and BPO/Call centre.  Ajay started his career as a Chemical Analyst. He has been the CIO for Deccan Cargo since its inception. After doing his graduation in Chemistry from Mumbai University, Ajay went on to do an MBA in HR and Logistics.

Ajay enjoys driving and attending social workshops. He has a rather keen ear for Indian classical music and he plays the tabla as well. Ajay is also a guest faculty at  Management schools such as Acharya Institute, Symbiosis and Alliance.

Vikram Mansukhani Chief Operating Officer

Vikram started his career with Air France and after spending 7 years there, he joined the logistics industry. He comes with a decade-long experience at UPS and was their Country Operations Head before he decided to join us. He was directly involved in profit center management, service quality, industrial engineering, gateway operations and network and distribution optimisation. Vikram strongly believes that Team Work helps achieve greater heights and is thoroughly motivated to drive it.

Vikram has done his post graduation in Business Management from IMM, Kolkata and graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Vikram enjoys driving and likes listening to both Western and Indian music. He has also been a guest faculty at B-Schools in Pune and Nasik.

S. Krishnan Head of Operations
Krishnan, an industry veteran, brings with him over 3 decades of rich experience across industries such as Automobiles, Transportation and Express Cargo.

Krishnan is a graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University, and his interest lies in music,travelling, reading and cooking.

E S Sudharsan Head of Sales
Sudharsan brings with him 25 years of experience across the Logistics and Telecom industry. In one of his earlier assignments with Telemobil in Romania, he was instrumental in the successful launch of Zapp Mobile, a mobile phone using CDMA technology, in a GSM-dominated market such as Europe. He was also part of the team that launched Skycell, the first mobile in the Chennai market in 1996. Sudharsan has had two stints with BlueDart spanning 20 years.

Having done his Masters in Marketing, he went on to pursue an Executive Program from IIMB. Sudharsan pursues his passion of training people in Essential Selling Skills and he was trained by FedEx in Memphis. He enjoys leisure travel, likes listening to music and also has an interest in political science.
